How to Vote for Super Bowl MVP(Helpful Guide)

If you’re a football fan, you know how difficult it is to decide who should be the Super Bowl MVP. In late November, the NFL playoffs were held. The Packers’ Aaron Rodgers might have gotten away with a mediocre performance, but the Bengals’ Joe Burrow went the other way and led them to the Super Bowl. So, which quarterback should you choose?

which quarterback should you choose

Matthew Stafford

Matthew Stafford is a quarterback who won the Super Bowl. His 41 touchdown passes and over 5,000 yards ranked him third among all quarterbacks. He also ranked seventh in the NFL in passer rating with a 97.2. While Stafford has yet to win the NFL MVP award, he has been a top player for the Rams this season. His record is impressive considering he has played for historically bad franchises.

While the Patriots have a more prestigious trophy, Stafford’s MVP votes aren’t as clear cut. He isn’t the first quarterback to win the award. The NFL names three players from each conference every year. Nominees who have declined to play are not counted.

Assuming the Rams win the Super Bowl, Stafford has a good case for MVP honors. He has the ability to spread the ball around while avoiding turnovers. Stafford also leads the league in interceptions, and he threw at least one pick in each of his last 12 games. A Rams victory would allow him to compile big yardage numbers and find the end zone.

Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow has played a role in the Bengals’ comeback win this season, with his late touchdown passes. His team has won seven of their last eight games by a single touchdown, including three in the playoffs. He has thrown multiple touchdown passes in five of his last seven games, and he has 13 games with at least three touchdown passes. In addition, he is averaging more than 348 passing yards per game and has been intercepted just once.

Joe Burrow is a possible Super Bowl MVP, and he could become the youngest player in history to do so. His performance in the postseason and regular season has earned him the award. But he’ll have to beat out Cooper Kupp, who is an obvious favorite and also a legitimate MVP candidate.

Both games were competitive, and the Bengals had plenty of opportunities to win. However, they lost by three points. Burrow needs to stop making mistakes with the ball and play more accurate against opposing pass rushers. Against the Jets, he looked more effective and improved his protection, which is a critical component of being a successful quarterback.

Julian Edelman

The Super Bowl MVP award went to Julian Edelman, who was arguably the most valuable player on the field during the game. The wide receiver caught 10 passes for 141 yards, while keeping Rams quarterback Jared Goff on the sideline. He is also one of the few players in the league with a Jewish background. However, he did not grow up practicing the religion.

Edelman’s Super Bowl MVP win comes as no surprise. The nine-year veteran has had some dark times in recent years, including the torn cruciate ligament in his knee in 2017. He also served a four-game suspension for a substance he tested positive for in his off-season doping test. But he didn’t seem to think about those low points on Sunday.

Despite the suspension, Edelman managed to reach his goal of becoming the sixth wide receiver to win the award. In the regular season, he finished with 74 receptions for 850 yards and six touchdowns. In the postseason, he recorded 26 receptions for 388 yards.

Julian Edelman vs. Dion Lewis

After two consecutive Super Bowls featuring outrageous performances from both players, there are two players who deserve some recognition. First, we have Julian Edelman. He was arguably the best receiver in the game last year against Seattle. He is also 32 years old, and it is much easier to double cover him than Gronkowski. And second, New England is also relying heavily on Sony Michel, a first-round rookie from Georgia. He will likely be a featured back with James White.

If we want to get specific about the Super Bowl MVP race, we need to take a look at the history of the award. In the last 53 Super Bowls, only one player from the losing team has won the award. Furthermore, only 10 defensive players have won the award, compared to 29 quarterbacks. So, who is more likely to win the award?

Dion Lewis has a better chance of winning the Super Bowl if he is playing for the Patriots. Both players have been in the Super Bowl for at least five years, and this year, they have a similar number of touchdowns. They will likely have similar yardage totals.

Julian Edelman vs. Wes Welker

While the number of receptions and yards per game for Wes Welker may be more impressive, Julian Edelman is a more versatile player. He also plays defense and special teams for the Patriots. And while Wes Welker has a better record, Edelman is more reliable for the Pats and has a better overall game.

Of the two players, Edelman has more playoff receptions and rings. While Wes Welker was more productive during the regular season, Edelman’s playoff performances have made him a likely hall-of-famer. While Wes Welker may have a better career record, Edelman’s longevity has given him the edge.

The Patriots have no shortage of talent at the wide receiver position. Edelman, a veteran with three Super Bowls under his belt, is one of the few players to rack up 300-plus receiving yards in the postseason. Only Steve Smith has topped 340 yards in a postseason. And he’s the only wide receiver in history to have multiple 20-reception seasons.

Julian Edelman vs. Julian Edelman

The debate about Julian Edelman’s Hall of Fame candidacy has lit up the internet this week. Everyone has a strong opinion. It’s getting out of control. There are so many arguments and people are losing their minds. The question is, “Who deserves more? : Julian Edelman or Tom Brady?”

If you ask four HOF voters, you’ll find that they are divided between two candidates. Four of those voters said they wouldn’t vote for Julian Edelman. This is a bit of a surprise given the incredibly high bar. Edelman’s playoff stats are excellent and he won three Super Bowls, but his regular season numbers are nowhere near Hall of Fame material.

Regardless of his lack of Hall of Fame candidacy, Edelman is on pace for a career-best year. The Patriots’ top receiving option has dealt with injury after injury, but he is capable of putting up high numbers when Tom Brady is looking for them. But Edelman isn’t getting the recognition he deserves. That is because the Pro Bowl has turned into a popularity contest and the worthy players are getting overlooked.
